Flight Conveyor Belt

Inclined Conveying
The inclined conveyor belt has especially formed flights on the belt to grab packages and process line materials in order to climb very high angles. The spacing between the flights can be customized according to your needs. The belt has an extremely slippery woven backside for friction-free slider bed conveying. There is no edge fraying of the belt and therefore expect twice the lifetime compared to ordinary belts that do not track.

Incline Belt
The weight of the object compresses the miniature projections
of a flexible PVC material (with a dark green color). The belt
has extremely slippery woven backside for friction-free slider
bed conveying. This is a remarkable belt for incline conveying.

This is the logical choice for incline flighted conveying, as there is absolutely no side drift to the belt. The belt is multiply grooved and the pulleys are grooved at center.
